Porch Sitting Press has three goals: to publish writing that we like; to discover what kind of writing we like; and to make enough money to continue doing so.

Porch Sitting Press is dedicated to creating personal and effective professional relationships with authors who are willing to exploit us as much as we will exploit them.

Porch Sitting Press hopes to be a training ground for cult, experimental, and honest writers of any style. And when a larger publisher asks you to sell out, we will toast you with champagne and continue to sell your early work without making any snide remarks about you.

Porch Sitting Press is a small press. Life is far too short to worry about whether you can sell a million copies.
